UA-252483841-1 Eviction Prevention Landlord Email Opt-In * Tucson Pima Eviction Prevention Program Skip to content

Welcome to the City of Tucson and Pima County Eviction Prevention Program. The U.S. Congress recently passed a stimulus bill that allocates additional rental assistance funding for those who’ve been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. In an effort to provide the most efficient and effective process, Pima County has partnered with the Community Investment Corporation (CIC) to administer funding. CIC will be working directly with local social service agencies to qualify tenants and landlords for this program.

If you have a tenant/s who you wish to begin a case for, please begin the process by applying for the WAIT LIST by clicking the button below. There are a number of varying factor and required qualifications and documentation for funding to occur. We will send updates as soon as those logistics are finalized. Beginning the process now, creates a case and may expedite funding.

Please be aware that filling out this information form does NOT guarantee that you will be eligible for or receive assistance.

Completing this form WILL RESERVE a place on a waiting list in the case that more assistance becomes available (your place on the waiting list will be contingent upon determination of your eligibility at a later date).

It will also allow us to communicate with you electronically if other assistance becomes available.

Separate from this program, the CDC issued an eviction moratorium through Dec. 31, 2020, for people impacted by COVID-19.  However, you must submit a very short form to your landlord to be protected.  Go to www.pima.gov/RentHelp to learn more and make sure you don’t get evicted while waiting for this program to pay your back rent.
